Day Off? What is That Exactly?

Today is our New Year’s Day Off

For someone who is supposedly has a day off today, I sure have a long list of stuff I need to do first. We have a very generous boss and he gave us two long weekends in a row. The problem is, with our line of work, there’s always something I have to do anyway.

I plan to knock several critical things off my list this morning, take the afternoon to play “taxi” for the visiting grandson, and then spend a little quality time tonight working ahead for the chaos that is tomorrow.
